server. This is a part of the Driverheaven.net
network. This is a service for the members of Driverheaven
to aid in the fast retrieval of drivers for their computing
experience. This server is a dual processor machine on a
100mbit line capable of handling 250+ simultaneous connections.
Initally we will be primarily
offering mirrored downloads for video card drivers (ATI/Nvidia
and omegadrivers)
and our tools such as Drivercleaner
and the ATI
mobility modder but over the course of 2005 and
2006 we will be expanding the database into other areas.
It won't be the largest database of downloads by any means
but we aim to keep it running with the minimum of intrusions
and advertising methods with a clean efficient interface,
after all we know at Driverheaven you don't want to be clicking
5 or 6 forced links before getting your drivers. Speed is
of the essence!
